  Park Management Extorts money out of the residents ranging from XMas decorations fines at 50$ day, parking off the road in the grass ranges from 95$ to 150$ and happens within 10 minutes of visitors arriving. The wheel clamp service doesn't have a legal towing license to perform this service in the state of Arkansas. They do nothing for the park unless the ADEQ violates them on health concerns of sewage and water quality. All they are here for is to make money. I have lived here for 12 years and at first it was a great place to live but since the original owners sold it has done nothing but go down hill. Our rent has gone from 145 to 265$ as of 2-21-2016 and Scott Segal of Riverstone Communities doesn't do anything about the way we are treated until a manager embezzles some of his money then will fire and put in another corrupt one...Dahlia is one of the most vindictive, racketeering leader in the treatment we are dealt in being unfortunate in having our home on their property with expense to move being so steep that it isn't an option...If I could, I would have moved years ago...now, I'm just scared to even go home sometimes in fear of being parked one inch from the way they think I should be and have to pay 95$ to be able to leave again. The office managers are rarely on the property and won't return a phone call I have called and left numerous messages. If you threaten to call corporate, Scott Segal....they will call you back.

  The guy running the gas station is scary like a true Arabian Arab guy the air pump only stays on for 30sec and he said it's not his problem. I had a flat and no money the pump didnt air tire up much had to buy a new tire it ate the side wall out cuz I had to just drive home. Seen him yelling at two other customers
